Dora Explorer Birthday Cakes

The Nickelodeon television show Dora The Explorer became a routine series in 2000. Dora introduces her viewers to the Spanish language with short words and phrases. Do you have a Dora the explorer fan? She wants a Dora birthday party and you're happy to give it to her. But you need some ideas for inspiration, you're in just the right place. I found some awesome pictures of Dora cakes I am going to share. This giant cupcake silicone bakeware is the perfect start to your beautiful Dora princess cake! It's really not that hard if you follow the tutorial and have the right equipment.This one was made with a giant silicone cupcake mold. On this cake she purchased a Dora the explorer toy for the centerpiece and choose Dora as a snow princess. But of course you can pick whatever you like. You'll also need buttercream frosting in a piping bag with a rose piping tip.






 I bet the two year old birthday girl was happy with this cake! This cake was made in a #2 shaped cake pan and embellished with the little girl's name, beautifully decorated then Dora, swiper and boots cake toppers were added. VIOLA! 





A cake similar to this can be accomplished using a dora head shaped cake pan and some frosting decorating skills
